Small Images of Woodcut Prints
| Please note that each computer shows the images differently. These images are meant only as a guide. Carl Homstad has been making color woodcut prints,for more than 35 years. They are shown in galleries throughout the Midwest and have won numerous awards. The woodcuts are printed on Hosho, or Kochi paper and most use 4 blocks and up to 25 colors. The edition sizes are from 200 to 450. The prices range from $40 to $325. Notecards and postcards of some of the prints are available. The actual prints are numbered, titled, and signed in pencil underneath the image. The caption on the larger image is not on the print. The size is the image size; framed they are 6 to 8 inches bigger each way. Satisfaction is guaranteed with any purchase.
